The Rear Harness is designed to give your dog the gentle support they need during life’s harder moments. Whether your dog is living with arthritis, rear leg weakness, back issues, or simply feeling the effects of age and fatigue, this harness helps them move with greater comfort and confidence.

Slip your dog’s hind legs through the leg openings and pull the harness up like a pair of trousers. Secure the straps with soft Velcro for a snug yet comfortable fit. The supportive handles allow you to guide your dog up and down, helping them get out of bed, step outside, or enjoy time in the garden—without strain or stress.

With long, easy-to-hold handles, you can support your dog naturally while standing beside them, no bending required. And if your dog needs extra help, this rear harness can be paired with the Front Lift Harness to provide full front and rear support—so you can be there for them, every step of the way.

How to Measure

Back Length

Measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.

Neck Girth

Measure around the dog's neck where a collar would naturally sit, allowing an extra 0.5" - 1" (1-2cm) for comfort.

Abdomen Girth

Measure around the widest part of the dog's abdomen. For small dogs, allow an extra 0.5" - 1" (1-2cm). For medium/large dogs, allow an extra 1" - 1.5" (2-3cm).
