Returns & Refunds

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned. Any restrictions will be clearly indicated on the product page.

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return an item, please reach out to us first at info@petmobilitypro.com with your order number, the product name, and a brief explanation of the issue.

After reviewing your request, we will provide the return address. Please do not send returns to the original shipping address.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund for the product price. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Currently, we are unable to process exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Return Guidelines

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.

The item must be in unused, clean, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging included. We encourage eco-friendly returns to help reduce waste and environmental impact.


Order Cancellation

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you may request a cancellation by contacting info@petmobilitypro.com.

Note: A 6% processing fee will be applied to the refund.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and verified, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
