Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return an item, please reach out to us at info@petmobilitypro.com with your order number, the product name, and a brief explanation of the issue.

No Exchanges: Currently, we are unable to process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.

Return Address: Returns must be sent to our designated return facility. The return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.

Hygiene & Condition: For hygiene reasons, certain products (such as pet support harnesses or wearable items) cannot be returned once used. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs

Customer-Related Returns: For returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Seller-Related Issues: If the return is due to our error (e.g.defective, damaged, or incorrect item received), we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the product price to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: For customer-related returns, original shipping fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the final refund. We do not charge any restocking or transaction fees. For seller-related issues, a full refund will be issued.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
