Once fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can monitor your pet’s mobility support every step of the way.

Shipping Cost Disclosure

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country and order value.
The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout after the delivery address is entered and before payment is completed.
No hidden fees will be added after an order is placed. Orders eligible for free shipping will automatically receive the discount at checkout.

Address & Delivery Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment fees may apply.

Important Note: For refused or undeliverable packages, the original shipping fee and any return shipping costs incurred by the carrier will be deducted from your refund.
